What we collect

• Email address and nickname (required for account)
• Avatar image (optional)
• Activity within groups you belong to (propositions, bets, comments)
• Content submitted for AI moderation review

How we use it

• To provide the prediction market service
• To detect and prevent Terms of Service violations via AI moderation
• To send invite emails when a group admin invites you
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

Group privacy

Your group's propositions, bets, and comments are visible only to members of that group. Site administrators cannot access group content unless a majority of your group votes to grant temporary access (which expires after 72 hours). AI moderation scans content at creation time but does not store the full content of your propositions or comments long-term beyond what is necessary for the moderation record.

Data storage

Data is stored in Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, R2 object storage, KV). Infrastructure is located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Note that certain anonymized activity records (moderation events, bet history) may be retained for platform integrity purposes.
