Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Seer Pressure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Play money only

Seer Pressure is strictly a play-money platform. All currencies within the platform are fictional and have no monetary value. This is not a gambling service. No real money is transferred, wagered, or won.

3. Prohibited proposition categories

The following types of propositions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal, warnings, and potential account/group suspension:

• Death, serious injury, or physical harm of any identified individual
• Harm or death of animals
• Illegal activity including drug trafficking, weapons dealing, or fraud
• Terrorism, political violence, or incitement to violence
• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
• Non-consensual privacy violations (e.g., betting on private medical information without the subject's consent)
• Incitement to discrimination or hate based on protected characteristics
• Any content that constitutes or facilitates criminal activity

4. Warning and suspension system

Prohibited content triggers our AI moderation system. Groups accumulate strikes:

• Warning 1: Content blocked, user notified
• Warning 2: Content blocked, group admin notified, 7-day comment freeze for offending user
• Warning 3: Group enters view-only status — no new bets or propositions; all open propositions closed with no payout

5. Privacy within groups

Group content is private to group members. Site administrators cannot access group content unless a majority (more than 50%) of group members vote to grant temporary admin access. Such access expires after 72 hours.

6. Disputes

Proposition disputes are resolved within the group by a pre-assigned judge. The platform does not arbitrate disputes except in cases of clear Terms of Service violations. Group members accept that dispute rulings by their designated judge are final within the platform.

7. Comment civility

Comments must adhere to basic civility standards. Harassment, personal attacks, doxxing, or hate speech in comments will result in content removal and moderation warnings. Daily comment limits apply per group.

8. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts found in violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned.

9. Disclaimer

Seer Pressure is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
